Der Marienberg ist ein 69 Meter
hoher Berg im Stadtzentrum von Brandenburg. Seit 1830 ist ein grosser Teil des Berges als Stadtpark gestaltet.
Seine heutige Form erhielt der Park im Jahre 2015 anlässlich der Bundes-gartenschau.
Auf dem Gipfel des Berges befindet sich die
Friedenswarte, ein 1974
errichteter 30 Meter hoher Aussichtsturm.

Marienberg (Mary's Hill) is a 222 feet tall
hill in the center of the German city Brandenburg. Starting in 1830, large parts of the area have been
turned into a municipal park. The current design was done in 2015, when the town hosted the
Federal Horticulture Show.
On top of the hill is the
Peace Tower, a 98'5'' tall
lookout tower, built in 1974.
