The ten-spoke steel Wagon Wheel has been painted black, and has a substantial and broad steel hub. The spokes are elliptic in cross-section, and welded to the rim and hub.

The black-painted milk can is attached by a short steel pipe on top of the broad steel rim. The rim is held upright by steel plates embedded in a square concrete pad, that is partly hidden by the dirt by the fence and gate.

Interestingly, there is quite a collection of 'axled Wagon Wheels' within this "Naluda" property.
