These are nine-spoked steel Wagon Wheels, with moderately wide steel (flat) rims, with the spokes welded to the rims, and bedded into the two-part cast hub, and are painted a khaki colour. They are chained to the elliptic, extruded, steel railing of the entryway to 'Cedar View'.
