A brass survey disk embedded in the top of the south end of a concrete headwall on the east side of Oakland Mills Road. The mark is dated 1994.

To reach the mark from the intersection of Liberty Road (Maryland route 26) and Sykesville Road (Maryland route 32) drive east on Liberty Road, across the first bridge over the reservoir. Turn left at the traffic light at Oakland Mills Road, between the reservoir bridges, and proceed approximately 0.3 miles to the mark on the right. The mark is approximately 125 feet before the entrance to the boat launch. There is no safe parking along Oakland Mills Road but adequate parking in the boat launch area.
