East side of the walkover has this mural of the history of Conroe. Each end has a Red, White and Blue Texas flag. Below the flag is a locomotive. Ribbons come out of the locomotive and at the end is the flying red horse.
In the center is a cameo of Isaac Conroe who founded the town. There is a magnolia blossom below the portrait. To the left of the portrait is the Montgomery County Courthouse. There are the words "The Fair" with a cowbow riding a bronc. There are three white tents which I don't know the significance of. There is a red and white lighthouse. And a street scene from probably the 30s.
