Located at the entrance to Solomon's Castle is a mosaic approximately two feet in diameter and imbedded in concrete. It is of a horse drawn chariot with a rider. Howard Solomon created it from left over scrap pieces of tile that were use to tile the public toilets on the site.
Howard Solomon was a world famous sculptor who created works of art from discarded items. He was referred to as the DaVinci of Debris because of his passion of creating works of art and sculptures from discarded items. His sculptures that didn't sell and his personal art collection can be viewed at his gallery located in the "castle" that he built on his property.
This mosaic is located at the main entrance to the castle's gallery.
