Old USGS Survey Marker at the original boundary entrance for Bisti Badlands/De-Na-Zin Wilderness. Located at one of the higher points at the edge of the multi-use area and before the hike to the now-closed-off area where the first general store and buildings were originally setup. Climb the gentle hill and use this marker to survey both directions of the wilderness area. To your South are all the photographed areas, and East are the serious hikes to Alien King and the Ash-Pi.
