Created as a memorial to Barbara James (nee Mercer) in 1999, this orientation provides viewers with a 3-dimensional relief of the peaks for the many islands that are visible on a clear day from Bayview Park.
Today this area is available for weddings and other events.

Bayview Park with lot's of parking on the street and in the adjacent parking lot. Also, there is a bus stop right beside the plaza.
