Auf dem Hauptplatz von Purkersdorf befindet sich neben dem Fürstenbergbrunnen ein offener Bücherschrank. Auf mehreren Regalbrettern stehen jeweils in zwei Reihen hintereinander jede Menge Bücher als vielen verschiedenen Bereichen. Ein kleiner Zettel in der verglasten Tür informiert:
