This two-story red brick Queen Anne building is located at 108-110-112 South Main. There are three store fronts along Main - this first floor has been covered in a modern vinyl siding. 112 Main has a bay display window and a recessed modern wood and glass door. 110 Main is a twin of 112 except for the more utilitarian metal and glass door. 108 Main has the entry next to 110 separated by a wall. The display window is a double pane bay with a large vinyl mullion.

The second story fenestration has four arched brick lintel double hung windows with stone sills to the left, three of the same windows to the right, and a similar window in the middle within raised brickwork.

An entablature reading: "Bank of Stockton Block" appears above the central window. Saw-tooth dentilated brickwork appears above the left and right set of windows. As with Queen Anne buildings of this timeframe, an elaborate metal cornice with decorative brackets, rosettes, and the date, 1896, all appear at the roofline.

As far as further documentation on the bank - I could find none.
