There is no record in the federal database but there is data in the COSINE provincial database. See the attached image from COSINE.

The horizontal marker is set in ground-level rock west of Dwyer Hill Road (once known as county road #3) and immediately north of the Trans Canada Trail (once known as Canadian Pacific Railway's Carleton Place sub-division). Though far from property administered by the National Capital Commission (NCC), the marker disk was provided by the NCC.

In 2019, only a fragment of the 1979 NCC marker survives. The co-ordinates published on COSINE match my GPSr.
