ENG: The sculpture is a humorous allusion to the name of the village (Kacice = a place where ducks live, (visit link)) and the duck in the coat of arms. The statue was unveiled June 16, 2018 during the celebration of 700 years since the foundation of the village Kacice. The author is the sculptor Radomil Šolc.
The second meaning of this statue is clear to Czech geocaching players. I will try to explain it to those who do not speak Czech. The joke lies in the phonetic similarity of the English word "cacher" and the Czech word "kacer" - which is the male duck (Anas platyrhynchos)
Note: Czech diacritical marks are not displayed here, in the word "kacer" the letter "c" is written with a hook, as is the first "c" in the word "Kacice" (visit link).
To make it even more complicated, the word "kacice" is a de facto different term for female ducks.
And finally - about this statue is a cache - GC7REC4
