The Woodall Cemetery is located northeast of Wills Point in rural Van Zandt County, TX. It dates to at least the 1880s, and saw most of its use in the early to mid-20th century. However, it is still active, with a little over seventy burials.

There was a Woodall community in this area at one time, but ultimately, it merged with nearby Ellis Chapel, becoming Elwood, which is just a bit northeast. Today, Elwood is itself a quiet rural community.
