This community park is located on E. Main Street on the eastern edge of the Jones downtown area. It is a beautiful park with picnic areas and playgrounds and a lovely fishing pond. This tree was planted by the Senior Class of Jones High School the year of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building bombing.

Beneath the tree is a concrete cube on which is mounted a bronze plaque reading:
