Stone is a market town and civil parish in Staffordshire, England and very close to the Trent and Mersey Canal.
It has participated in the Heart of England in Bloom competition for a number of years and according to the legend on the boat were Gold Award Winners and Best Large Town in 2013 and the celebrated 25 years of entering the competition in 2017.
The boat is at one of the closest places to the Trent and Mersey Canal in the centre of town, so the design is very appropriate.
