[GER] Das Kirchenfenster in der Eingangshalle zeigt verschiedene Szenen aus der Johannesoffenbarung. Es wurde 1939 von Elisabeth Coester noch für die alte St. Nikolai-Kirche fertiggestellt, aber aufgrund des Krieges dort nicht mehr eingebaut. So konnte die Eingangshalle der neuen Nikolaikirche von den Architekten speziell für dieses Fenster gestaltet werden.

[ENG] The church window in the entrance hall shows various scenes from the Revelation of John. It was completed in 1939 by Elisabeth Coester for the old St. Nikolai church, but due to the war it was no longer installed there. Thus, the architects were able to design the entrance hall of the new Nikolai Church especially for this window.
