A bit harder to spot compared to the typical brass cap or plaque, this old tidal benchmark consists on an arrow and horizontal line carved into the courthouse steps. If you are facing the front of the courthouse, go to the right of the step, turn left and have a look. The inscription appears to be "1912" followed by a horizontal rule, then "ATG" and below that the broad vertical arrow.
