[EN] An insect house, more commonly known as an insect house, is a wooden shelter made up of several distinct compartments, filled with natural materials (small branches, logs pierced with small holes, straw, bricks, bamboo stems ...). This shelter promote local Biodiversity by attracting beneficial insects to the garden. These 'gardener's friends' will ensure good pollination and effective pest control.
[FR] Une maison pour insectes, plus communément nommée hôtel à insectes est un abri en bois constitué de plusieurs compartiments distincts, remplis de matériaux naturels (petites branches, bûches percées de petits trous, paille, briques, tiges de bambous …). Cet abri favorisera la biodiversité locale en attirant des insectes bénéfiques pour le jardin. Ces « amis du jardinier » permettront d’assurer une bonne pollinisation et une lutte efficace contre les parasites.
