Started in 1914, the Bruce Stampede is a real point of pride in this community. The people behind it claim it to be the longest running one-day professional rodeo in Canada.

It costs nothing to camp or to park so why not come down? The events include pony chuckwagon races, a family dance and rodeo dance, mule race, grand parade and pancake breakfasts.

The Stampede is held during the last weekend of July.
