The Canadian Valley Technology Center has two outdoor sculptures, and this metal tree is one of them. It is located in a landscaped circular plaza near the Seminar Center entrance. Beautiful flowers surround the foundation of the art piece. At the time of my visit, the tulips were blooming.
The tree consists of four metal pieces welded together that form an approximately 5-6 ft diameter tree top. The trunk is about 4' tall, and is part of the four pieces welded together. The foundation for the tree is concrete and about 2 1/2' tall. Each of the four faces contain dozens of leaf-shaped cutouts that let the light shine thru them from all angles. No matter where you stand, you can see thru the tree's leaves.
