Mrs. Hart-Cox was a fairly busy woman, as the Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle (bottom left) are one of four organizational emblems on her headstone. The others are the Order of the Eastern Star (top left), the Daughters of Rebekah (top right), and the Royal Neighbors of America (bottom right). The inscription is simple:

Leila Hart-Cox

Aug. 8, 1874
Sept. 28, 1920.
