Long Description:
The ground floor of this building looks quite renovated, with half-height plate-glass display windows, tho only half of the building was occupied, with the other half advertised 'For Lease'. The slightly-angled recessed entries, and the sections below the windows look in keeping with the original style.

The upper floor has eight, double-hung (metal-framed) windows, with a soft-curved, brick framed arch over each in the brown-brick wall. The broad, flat awning that stretches out over the footpath is stayed back to this wall with steel rods. Above is a the rendered facade, with inset sections painted grey, and the outer part a cream colour. Central is a peaked protruberance, that has the Dated Section, with "1885" painted in grey.
