Located on the High Street in the village of Highley in Shropshire. This clock is part of a commemoration of the mining activity that took place in this area for many years.

The face of the clock is made up of two metal discs with rather randomly shaped notches around the edge to mark the hours. Brass hands complete the design.

The adjacent plaque reads :-
