The 'War Memorial Swimming Baths' were opened in December, 1962, and dedicated "In Memory of the Fallen". In addition to 50 metre Olympic pool, there are two smaller pools, with some shade-sailing, tho not fully covered. The change rooms appear to be topped with solar hot-water panels.
