From parking, head east on 33rd (signs point the direction to the Education Bldg and Aquatic Education Pond).
When you arrive at these coords you'll see a pavilion and trail on your left:
N 35° 37.429' W 97° 23.196
Follow the trail north for about a quarter of a mile (there are numerous wildlife/fauna signs along the way), and you'll see the lookout/Eagle Project on the right at the fork in the road. The trail continues at this point for approximately half a mile.
From the lookout tower, the bird box is NNW, about 90 feet away and 20 feet high in the tree.
