This white marble obelisk stands about 15' tall, and funeral draping is over the shaft. The Woodmen Circle emblem stands out in relief at the bottom of the shaft, and above it is "Love, power, wisdom and remembrance" along with "In Memoriam Woodmen Circle." The family name, "Byerly", is on the front plinth -- there is only text on the front of the obelisk -- and above is this inscription:
