The large memorial is located in the Nisky Hill Cemetery, a large, sprawling burial ground located close to Bethlehem's historic downtown area.
The marker features the name "Dr. Breinig" prominently on all four sides. However, only the dedication plate to his wife Isabella is evident.
That inscription reads:

Aug 1, 1913
aged 83 yrs

the remaining three faces are blank.
Dr Breinig himself actually passed away 1 June, 1896.
