The suburban Playground is set back on the grassy park, near an apartment block, and a worn track through to the 'next street'. It is surrounded by brick pavers as an edging, and some of the wood-chips that surround the equipment had washed away. NB. This is not the one on the corner of Pitt and Walpole Streets!! [Unfortunately I didn't see that one!]

A typical double Swing-Set of rubberised seats, suspended over dirt, is what I grew up with. [Tho you need narrow hips!]

The modular equipment is mostly red-painted square steel posts, with aqua-green components added. There is an unusually shaped Monkey Bar - mostly to be climbed over, it seems, to gain access to a platform. There is a 'Zig-Zag' Step Ladder to another platform, a rigid, sloping, Cargo Net, a Spiral metal-tubing, sloping and open 'Tunnel' to get to a roofed platform, or a steeply sloping metal Ladder to get to yet another roofed platform, where there is a Slippery Dip, or a Firemans Pole to get down.

There is also a rigid Flying Fox set up from a couple of lower platforms. Yellow plastic blocks can be spun around if you want to play Noughts-n-Crosses
