In Randolph, by the Randolph Town Hall, is a monument dedicated to those who served during World War I.

The Town Hall is located on the northwest side of South Main Street, and is about 300 ft southwest of the intersection of North Street, North Main Street, and Union Street.

The monument is located in front of the town hall, about halfway between the building and the street, along a walkway.

The monument is a stone marker about three feet high, and about two feet wide and just under a foot thick. On the face that is toward the walkway is the following:

"To Those Who Made the Supreme Sacrifice

John D. Crawford
Thomas W. Desmond
Charles G. Devine
Hugh A. MacDonald
Daniel J. McNeil
Thomas D. McEnelly

The Command is Forward

[Logos for four of the military branches]"
