ZFKC Radio Cayman's first regular broadcast began on December 12, 1976. In the 1980s the all music station Breeze 105.3 FM was added on Grand Cayman Island and ZFKC 93.9 FM was added for broadcast on Cayman Brac and Little Cayman Island. Radio Cayman 89.9 broadcasts 24 hours a day including BBC World Service Programming. Breeze, an all music station, features pop, soca, Latin, reggae, religious and country music. The 20000 watt antenna is located adjacent to the radio station's building.
