A whimsical bronze sculpture depicts a boy and a girl playing leap frog. The boy is barefoot and wearing shorts. He is bending over with his hands between his legs and while standing on a large turtle which rests on a 2' high stone platform surrounded by vegetation. The girl is barefoot wearing shorts. She has her hands on the back of the boy. Her feet are in the air and a long single braid of hair is flying behind her head. The second braid is missing.

The turtle is inscribed "Xerres".
