Forest City's street signage shows it as a coin shop, its incorporated name adds stamps and its website also adds comics, militaria and gold/silver bullion. Clearly they've got lots to browse through!

The store was opened by Keith Greenham in 1964. The location changed a few times until the current location was established in 1974. Amazingly, the business was able to continue after a fire in 1989 either burned the collection or soaked it with water damage.

The current owner, Andrew Greenham, is the third generation of Greenhams and has been at the shop for the past 22 years.

The owners are lifetime members of the Royal Canadian Numismatic Association (RCNA) and the Ontario Numismatic Association (ONA).

The website claims that the stock typically consists of a very strong representation of Canadian coins, a decent showing of US coins, and a selection of foreign coins as well. They carry ancient Roman and Greek coins, as well as modern Royal Canadian Mint collectors coins. They also have Canadian and foreign banknotes in stock. Lastly, they have supplies that are commonly used in coin collecting.
