The owners of this property may be 'grey nomads', or someone may drive the local school bus; but it does make a talking point. Though it was well painted to start with, the rust is starting to come through. Mail is put in at the back, tho there is NO flap - they expect a lot of parcels, or bottles of milk.
It appears to have been made of bent 'checkerplate' steel, with cut-outs on the sides, for the sets of wheels, including double-wheels for the rear set. Even the bumper bars, headlights, motor company badge, and side mirrors have been highlighted, with welded on additional pieces! It proudly sits on two steel pipes, with "D.N. Martin" announced on both sides of the bus.
