In the beautifully arranged castle park of the castle Tremsbüttel there is a small fountain complex in the southern area. This Kugel Ball fountain is the origin of this complex.
In the winter months this well is not in operation, so that interaction with the sphere is not possible.
The material of the sphere is probably red polished migmatite and not granite.
