Origin of water
The drinking water comes from two catchments, mixed in the water tower of Chaunay:
- the capture of the "Bouquet" located in the municipality of Limalonges (2 wells and 1
drilling),

- the drilling of the infra-tocarcaine "Chaunay" (water tower).
The treated water undergoes only a simple disinfection with chlorine gas.
