Harvest Caye is an island off the coast of Belize developed by Norwegian Cruise Lines as a resort type cruise port. It's designed to support the culture and economy of Belize. The Blue Morpho Butterfly exhibit is operated by local residents.

Blue morpho butterflies are found in tropical environments including Belize. The butterfly is becoming endangered.
Blue morpho butterflies wings are bright blue wings on the upper side which is very visible when they are flying, and have a brown camouflage design on the lower part of the wings, which is visible when they are at rest.
Visitors enter and exit the exhibit through a double door system controlled by local residents. The butterflies fly freely inside the screened-in natural environment. There is a feeding station and a breeding station showing butterfly pupae.
