Guillermo Sureda Arbelo (Arucas 1912 - Miami, Florida 2006) was a painter and musician from Arucas who emigrated to America in 1950.
Already at a young age he was a member of various orchestras and music groups where he played violin and mandolin.
Although his main focus was on painting, he composed melodies, ranging from hymns for counties and organizations, marches, folklore songs, habaneras and other themes. Also in America he founded three Canarian musical groups in Puerto Rico and lately in Miami.
