"Cottage. C18 with C20 alterations. Rendered. Rubble plinth. Thatched roof with bargeboarded gable. 1½ storeys. West front: 2 bays. Off-centre doorway C20 plank door, and tiled canopy on brackets. To left a C20 2-light casements with cambered arch. Above a single C20 2-light casement interrupting eaves. Thatched rear extension. Goodmans cottage (q.v.) is attached to left"
