Tired of the huge zoos that take hours and hours to see? Well, the Orange County Zoo takes care of that. Nestled in the Irvne Regional Park, the zoo contains a small collection of indiginous animals.
What will you see when you are at the zoo?
- Our nation's symbol, the Bald Eagle is one of our residents.
- Watch the funny Bears climb to the top of the tree. Wonder how far they can jump!
- See the beaver, if he would wake up and come out.
- Up close and personal with the Alpaca. Which of the beatles does it look like?
- Limp in front of the Mountain Lion and watch him watch you! The lion likes to especially watch the small children in strollers.
- A feeding zoo.
- Many more birds and canines.
When you are done, visit the rest of the park. Take a stroll through the many paths winding through 477 acre Irvine Regional Park.
Come and visit the park and the Orange County Zoo. Two fun things to do in one place!
