This benchmark was monumented in 1931 by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey. It requires a "Walk in the Park" to find, as it is in Omak City Park, about 16 feet west of the west curb of Ash Street and almost straight east of the bandstand. To make it easy to find it is mounted in the top of a square concrete monument about 6 inches tall, in a bare spot surrounded by grass.
