This about 5 meter high wooden cross is located on the mountain above Firgas. The side facing the city is equipped with fluorescent lamps that make the cross visible even in the dark.
From the cross one has a beautiful view over the area.
The first cross on this site was erected in 1900. The current wooden cross was erected in 2005 after the previous cross was destroyed by a storm.
