This war memorial is located just north of the Kiowa Tribal Museum on the west side of Carnegie.

Carnegie is the headquarters of the Kiowa Tribe. Their buildings, including administration, social services, transportation, food distribution and a museum are located on Highway 9 on the west side of Carnegie. North of the museum, a grass field is the site of Warrior's Walk. This is a concrete path, with five circular portions, each dedicated to a particular phase of Kiowa participation in the Armed Forces.

The first circle has the dedication for the Warrior's Walk and it reads:

The Warrior's Walk
Dedicated to the
Kiowa men and women
who served in the
United States
Armed Forces

Additional monuments along the Walk honor Kiowa Korean Veterans, the Kiowa Code Talkers, and members of the Kiowa Tribe killed in action.
