A covered wagon is on permanent display at the southern point of Spanish Springs Town Square in The Villages, Florida.
The light canvas canopy is printed with the place name in all capital letters on both sides: THE VILLAGE OF SPANISH SPRINGS. The wood body is weathered to a dark, dark brown and green. The wheels, chassis, and hand brake are painted bright red. The wheels are rimmed in metal that is rusty. The driver's seat in mounted on a pair of leaf springs and has a rusty old lantern hanging from the arm rests on both sides.
The installation is surrounded by potted plants and colorful flowers. All the items are in the middle of a wide sidewalk.
