The street-side of the larger utility box has louvered and slotted panels to maintain a safe operating temperature. That side has a scene of a plaited, blonde-haired young woman (wearing a green field cap, and possibly a Corporal's shoulder insignia chevron patch on the left upper arm)) in a pink dress with white stars, holding a megaphone. On the side of the bell of the bull-horn is 'peace is cheaper' with swirling/twisting multi-coloured strips as if to represent what is being called out! Immediately behind her (to the side) is possibly a field of dahlias.
While behind her on the western end is what looks like a 'tube' - breaking wave. On the opposite end is what could a blonder representation of the laconic 'Daria' [Morgendorffer: Wiki (

On the shop side the scene is more rose and gold, with possibly a butcher bird, and the scripted 'Stay Gold'.
