Basically wagon wheels used as decorations. Category will be a collection of wagon wheels that are NOT attached to wagons. Can be on gates, in gardens, on the back of wagons, or other vehicles.
They may be wood, steel, iron/wood combos, etc.
Some old tractor wheels look like wagon wheels and will be accepted if used as ornament or free standing. No rubber tires. The mission is to be fun, and not so nit-picky as to prevent the search and discovery.
