This category's goal is to document the many interesting and historical Pergolas around the world. They provide shade and many have vines or other vegetation growing on them. Some are free-standing and some are attached to an existing building. Many have much history attached to them and contain beautiful ornamentation in their construction and have survived decades and even centuries in urban and rural townships and many can be considered works of art.
