Volumes of books have been written about those weird locations
scattered across the globe. From spots as legendary as Stonehenge
to bizarre local stories like Gravity Hill. From those scary
stories told on the back roads of America to those
Roadside
Attractions that just don't make sense. They send
shivers down our spines and sometimes just make us wonder about
ourselves, our neighbors and the world we live in.
This Waymark category was inspired by Weird U.S. the
other books in this series (Weird New Jersey, Weird Florida, Weird
Illinois, Weird Wisconsin and more to come). I've found several of
the spots mentioned in these books myself and thought it would be
great to catalog their locations on the Waymarking site.
So share your local weirdness with the rest of the World-Wide
Weird!
