Not too sure how this out of place house ever got to be here. I'd imagine the neighbors weren't too thrilled with how much the architecture deviated from established norms along the road. Still, it is a lovely house which does not distract.

There a few noteworthy examples of the Queen Anne style of Victorian architecture within this historic district, the W. Webster House being one of them. Check out the third-story turret that crowned by conical slate roof - totally awesome!

One of many residential properties which line the streets of Kings Highway and contribute to this historical district. By today's standards, this would be a spacious mansion with its dormers, endless windows and fancy front portico.

Squint real hard, imagine the last one hundred years or so of additions and you might resolve the original Hicks House before it was transformed into the Parry Building and its current commercial usage.

An unusual aspect of this home is its front is perpendicular to Kings HIghway East, and its right side is actually street side. Every other home has its front facing the street. It is not harmonious with the other structures except Greenfield Hall.
