To reach from the Square in Carlisle, PA: proceed E along PA 641 & PA 74 for 3 blocks to disk on right (S side of street) just before PA 74 splits off to the SE. Disk is between the curb & sidewalk - just N of Blockbuster Video and NE of Dunkin Donuts.
