Long Description:
If I utter the words "Carolina Bar-B-Que" at work, there's a
rush of people to me asking if that's where we're going for lunch,
even if it's about 45 minutes out to the place.
This mecca of barbecue is open Wednesday, 10:30am - 1:30pm, and
Thursday through Saturday from 10:30am to 8:00pm. You can get
sandwiches and whatnot, but everyone goes for the $7,
all-you-can-eat buffet of barbecue, hash & rice, green beans,
mac & cheese, etc.
Best barbecue within 100 miles! Just find New Ellenton and it's
on the main drag. Also be sure to check out
